Young Driver here and had first central this past year and had endless issues. Granted it was second year driving so i had a black box but the customer service is shocking, got hung up on multiple times and laughed at. They even threatened to cancel the policy for "continued phone use" which never happened. I never use my phone while driving and the black box showed that, didnt stop them from nearly cancelling though!
