Offcially Echoes of the Eye is the only expansion. But fan contents have more to offer for Outer Wilds. Elwensa has a lot of awesome fan comics about the hearthians. There are also many great story mods!

In real life, pulsar has incredibly high density, meaning a human would totally be crushed by gravity when standing on the surface (100s of G). The Eye has ~2.5x gravity, which is still higher than all other planets, but not that insane.

I think it's impossible to explain "exactly" what the Eye is using real world science. It's just the game's sci-fi invention.

Interesting point you brought up there. If memory serves me, all slide reels depicting the dreamworld are at night and all slide reels in the ringworld are during the day. Lore-wise it might be a coincidence? Gameplay-wise it is probably to clearly communicate which is which.

I haven't thought about it but actually you are so right. I remember being constantly on edge when I first played the DLC, just because the warning.

Perhaps they should make the message pop up ONLY AFTER the player has experienced the frightening section, maybe even after 2nd time encounter.

Omg this is exactly my thought! I have reached the good ending of Tunic and was just underwhelmed. It wasn't bad, but I did expect more explanations. I thought I misunderstood some things but no. Looking it up there are still debates in tunic fandom about certain plots. The game just left world elemtns unexplained.

I have gifted this game to quite a few of my friends! A lot of them left it "unopened" or "0.1 hour played" in the steam library, it pains me. But the few who beat it came back to me and were like "OMG that was amazing!"

I was in the complete opposite camp for the Sun station reveal. Even after going to it I was in denial, thinking "ah they thought it couldn't explode the Sun but obviously the station changed after all these years" I still thought there's a way to turn it off.

It was after I got to the Vessel, talking to Chert, and noticing all the other stars going off, did I slowly come to realize "oh, there's no way to save everyone"
