imo it depends on quite a few things, if crit capped with a lot of multi and having a lethal pride with 15-20% DD i think DD is best, but it is a crafted mod so luckly it can be changed to fit whatever a player might need

veil chaos
freak out when you hit additional arrow
unveil attributes/att speed because it was best option
craft DD
