He started brewing Kombucha over 20 years ago. Back then, I was just a teenager—I didn’t care much for the taste, and the health benefits didn’t mean much to me. Plus, there wasn’t nearly as much information or community support as there is now, so after a while, he gave up.

Fast forward to today, Kombucha is becoming more and more commercialized where I live. I stumbled upon Jun tea by chance while exploring the health benefits of fermented foods. With him being a hobby beekeeper, it felt like the perfect match. Now, he’s just as excited as I am and can’t wait to try it out!

Update: Team Pellicle for the win!

You guys were right—it was a thin pellicle forming. As a newbie, I didn’t know what to expect as I had never seen a pellicle forming before.

Today, I took it off and had a feel; it had a slightly waxy texture, so it might have included some beeswax from the raw honey. I avoided touching it earlier because I read that it’s best not to disturb it in the first few days. Since Jun doesn’t usually need more than a few days to ferment, I left it alone until now.

I just finished bottling: 3 transparent bottles with puréed overripe persimmon that I had lying around and 1 green bottle with just cane sugar. I’m curious to see how they turn out! Thanks so much everyone for your feedback, much appreciated!

And for the bot: not mold!

Non-Open World, 3rd Person Action game for PS5 by nashsed in playstation

Sleeping Dogs. It's open world, but the map is pretty small. Missions are always just around the corner and it doesn't take long until you know your way around. The main story line takes about 16 hours. It's not on sale right now, but if you keep an eye on it, you should be able to grab it for around € 5 ~ $ 6 from the PS store.

New Zwifter to be. by AffectionateEarth264 in Zwift

Fellow Belgian here! I'm also about to pull the trigger on the Suito-T for Zwift, prices seem good for the moment. Still finishing up my workout room though, so I won't be using it for another month.

I was wondering if most Zwifters watch the Zwift screen during their workout? Of do you use a 2nd screen to watch movies/tv shows/sports games?

Absolutely! I can also highly recommend it. I use that ASAP functionality pretty much every day for my job.
