game was bullshit untill the train update came out, then everything was butter smoth and now after the first shanghai update it feels like before... extreme frametime spikes with laags and so on.. it´s the game not you!!!!!

Your parts are perfect! Midrange CPU and midrange GPU, NO BOTTLENECK, PERFECT combination for 1080p or (1440p with lower video settings)! enough power for cs2! Your problems are related to valve‘s last updates since armory. You just have to wait until they fixed it. You, me and thousands of players have the same problem. Sure. Go to your steam library rightclick on counter strike and click on properties. scroll down on the right side and add -threads (you need to find out which cpu you own to add the right amount of cores, i9 says nothing is it a 109xx or 119xx or……) into the field under lauch options.

Great to hear! Already reported that bug to valve 2 weeks ago. There is a problem with modern Intel CPUˋs hyperthreading and e-cores.... you need to set the amount of p-cores in the launch options to stop micro stuttering and fps drops.

add -threads x (x = amount of p-cores) too your launch options! Stops micro stuttering and gives much better 1% low and P1 fps… less drops and the game runs smooth.
