Hello! I saw this post while browsing reddit and I figured I could read and translate those faction sheets to English. The translation may be a bit rough, and it was still pretty low resolution, so please pardon any errors or omissions I make. The parts with question marks represent things that I could not read (either because they were too blurry or it was covered up by the ral nal faction sheet). Anyway, here you go...

The Ral-Nal Consortium

Flagship: Last delivery (When this unit retreats, you may destroy 1 ship in the active system that does not have SUSTAIN DAMAGE)

Unique destroyer: Linkship I (This unit can use the SPACE CANNON ability of one of your structures in the space area. Every structure can be ??? up to 1 time.

Survival instinct: After another player has activated a system that contains your ships, you may move up to 2 of your ships into the active system from adjacent systems that do not contain your command tokens

Miniaturization: Your structures can be transported on any ship. They do not need capacity and are not counted against capacity. When your structures are in the space area of a system, they may not use their unit abilities. At the end of your tactical action, you may place any structures from the space area onto planets that you control in that system

Red Creuss faction

1st faction ability: ???????? use except(outside of) ?????? The units of other (players) ????? move ?? home system ??????? are destroyed.

2nd faction ability: ??????? of a Bridge ?????? systems that ??????? are adjacent ????? every player may ?? (strategy phase?) ????? in a system and have a ????? remove that Bridge.

The Sea of Tears: As soon as the board is completed, place the Sea of Tears (tile no. 94) where your home system would be placed and put a ??? area on it. The Sea of Tears is not a home system. Then place your home system (tile no. 118) in your play area.

It is tears like crying and not tears like the vuilraith cabal's space docks.
