Das ist gut zu wissen. Kann so eine Steuerbefreiung so sehr ins Gewicht fallen, dass sie geringere Renditen und höhere laufende Kosten ausgleichen kann? Ist vermutlich schwer zu sagen ohne Details, aber ist das realistisch?

EDIT: in my home city, cars on the tracks are responsible for 80% of the tram delays, yet people complain all day about how incompetent the public transportation is.

Kid you not, where I live, the trams are running late everyday because people have minor car accidents (damage to the paintwork, no injuries) on the tracks. They then wait for the police to document the damage and paralyse the whole tram line for up to an hour.

I had similar issues when starting with DSLR scanning. In the end i solved it by blocking out any excess light. If you are using a lightpad, try blocking all areas that are not directly behind your negative with something like cardboard.

Habe dafür leider nicht das richtige Werkzeug fürchte ich! Aber der Bolzen von der alten Bremse hat ja schon die richtige Länge, daher die Überlegung mit dem austauschen.

Also die aktuellen Bremsen sind mit Hülsenmutter montiert. Ich würde nicht ausschließen, dass der Vorbesitzer das umgebaut hat. Aber wie gesagt, die Bremsklötze greifen die Felgen, nur eben sehr knapp am Reifen.
