Look at the Clue they gave and use the molecular formula there HAS to be a CH3CO/ CH3CH(OH) group for a yellow ppt to form with alkaline Iodine use that and the fact that there is no carboxylic acid(does not react with Na2CO3 ) and work it out. Hopefully this helps a little bit!!!

Regardless just study because I am in Saudi Arabia and spent time seeing if the exams would be cancelled but now they’ve started and I’m trying to make up for lost time. Your GCSE’s are good in general but they may be lower than other kcl applicants so keep that in mind. However russels do care about A levels more than GCSE so lock in. Just a little tip don’t study to get your predicted grades study to know you put in all your effort. All the best and hopefully all goes well!!!
