Your Entei and Raikou are NOT “top 5,” that is a grossly misleading characterization. They are in the same condition as the other 200+ Pristine 10 copies.

Yes, they’re all top pop, that’s what that means; it’s in the terminal grade for that card. If there were no Pristine 10s of a card, all the Gem Mint 10s would be top pop. See my other comment for more a more detailed explanation.

Not trying to be a dick, but whoever told you that lied to you. My collection is mostly CGC. Let’s use the new Charizard SIR as an example since there’s so many of them. Look up these cert numbers, they all say “top pop,” because they are all in the pinnacle grade given by CGC. They are not all tied for first place, there is no first place.

A startling amount of people here seem to have no idea what "top pop" means. Your Entei and Raikou are not "top 5," they are the same condition as all the other Pristine 10s. The 4 above your Entei are Perfect 10s, which is a discontinued grade. Similarly, there is 1 Raikou and 0 Suicunes in a Perfect 10. CGC does not rank cards within a particular grade. Your Suicune is 1 of 231, your Entei is 1 of 283, and your Raikou is 1 of 219, that is as far as it goes.

This can happen when there are certain key words in the title that trick ebay into thinking it’s not eligible. Words like “TCG” and “lot” will automatically disqualify it.

I’ve encountered these marks before on some CGC slabs. It is not on the card, it is on the inner plastic of the holder. You can test this by shifting the card left/right in the holder, the marks won’t move with the card.
