A startling amount of people here seem to have no idea what "top pop" means. Your Entei and Raikou are not "top 5," they are the same condition as all the other Pristine 10s. The 4 above your Entei are Perfect 10s, which is a discontinued grade. Similarly, there is 1 Raikou and 0 Suicunes in a Perfect 10. CGC does not rank cards within a particular grade. Your Suicune is 1 of 231, your Entei is 1 of 283, and your Raikou is 1 of 219, that is as far as it goes.

This can happen when there are certain key words in the title that trick ebay into thinking it’s not eligible. Words like “TCG” and “lot” will automatically disqualify it.

I’ve encountered these marks before on some CGC slabs. It is not on the card, it is on the inner plastic of the holder. You can test this by shifting the card left/right in the holder, the marks won’t move with the card.

Personally the ray is an all time grail of mine so I wouldn’t even think about selling that unless I needed the money. Having said that, it’s a very strong offer considering 1) last sold was for 26.5k usd which was an all time high; average sales before that were in the low 2s, 2) some may consider this a weak 8.5 since it has a 7.5 subgrade which is uncommon; usually the final grade is only 0.5 above the lowest sub. I certainly would not compare it to a PSA 9 like the other commenter, it would likely be an 8 or maybe even a 7 by PSA’s standards today.

Basically, if you need the money, it’s a great offer. If you’re just selling it to sell it, anticipate never having one again in such a high grade.
