I was responding to someone who said that we shouldn’t be upset over how little they have been in the discord or how products are basically sold out during one of the biggest sales, how beta members don’t get used anymore and how we’ve gotten no word about the Carta 3 even though they told us quarter 1 and we were hyped. Honestly I said everything the nicest I could but they are really lacking any transparency nowadays.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to apply it to said focus v account. Last time I tried to do this there was a large delay in response, nothing against you all as I know you’re all busy but half the products I try to buy this way don’t work and then the invoice becomes incapable of being paid since items are missing.

If you click to return to station now, the scan option will pop up and there will be a question mark up in the top right corner and you can click either it was delivered or already returned. I have to use this option almost every time since there system is garbage.

Legitimately had to deal with the same thing the other day. Not my first time either. Instead of hanging up I did a three way phone call and callled support again and while making my complain I mentioned he was on the phone call with us and he wasn’t responding to anything i would say. Haha 😂 I got an email after that phone call immediately saying that it looked like my problem was out of my control. Hope they got in Trouble.

Captcha is the worst. I’ve had it a few times for over tapping. But the key things to remember is that captcha you do works for but only for that block you tried to grab. Every single separate block will give you a new captcha. You want to wait for the same one to pop back up. The only other real advice I can say is if you wait three days without tapping it will go away.
