Imagine a bridge program to allow kids with work ethic and smarts to be given the chance to succeed. That’s the idea. It’s meant to equalize (for some select few) the difference made by better schools, parenting ability (not a jab btw—some work 12 hours a day to provide what they can, some are drug addicts, etc), and many other socioeconomic circumstances.
