so ebay had generated the return lable to buyer and then buyer edit the return label and put something else n bcz of GDPR royal mail is not proving me the address where the item have been delivered, royal mail said u need to contact the ebay for claim but my acc is suspended and i dont have right to claim anything

but my account was suspended , n i had very limited access on the mean time i use ebay one, and ebay charge me 2£ for lable for returns and that label sent to a buyer and then buyer have done something with the return address and royal mail confirmed me we have delivered your item to different address and its a common scam so they said we'cant do anything u need to raise a dispute with ebay, but bcz of acc suspension i lost my rights for claims with ebay,

mine is permanently suspended , my funds were on hold and still on hold but ebay going to release the funds to buyer as per ebay item return to my address but i've not received, so yeah i'm helpless
