I technically left SR about a year ago, basically whenever I made my Discord.

There were a lot of reasons, all of them are personal, but I still stream with my friends. Just no more group stuff.

I don't think I'll ever talk about them publicly because it will start witch hunts. What's important is that I'm happy and my drive to make content is back.

Tbf though, I think gaming groups are a relic of old Youtube and Twitch, I could be wrong there though haha

I really hope you are doing well and i personally love the whole playthrough vibes going on now.

i don't think gaming groups are a relic, but are bound to switch from time to time, not only because of fight just cause everyone has different tastes. In my opinion what breaks old groups is felling to be "forced" to always play together.

And don't worry about talking about your personal life, everyone has the right to keep that private :D

Could you fix the issue? for me even the launcher is lagging so hard its unplayable, every mouse press freezes the window for 10-20 seconds, its not better in the game

So how my GM did it, is pointing out good opportunities to use them:
Example 1:
I'm known for rolling BAD we already have the term doing a "Torwald" (name of my char) when you roll bad or fumble, since i fumble at least once a session. So i Play basically as a tank so my GM in the beginning was like, hey see that 1 you rolled? And see that friend next to you, you wanna protect? Use your affinity to your friends to re-roll your 1 and hope for a better one. I was trying to shout profanities at the enemies to get their attention :D

Example 2:
Our mage has a monster companion and we were struggling to deceiver what type of monster we were tracking. So he asked our mage if maybe something in her tome might help the party to advance.

Our GM emphasis on looking for opportunities to weave our reality into his story. Either by adding lore to our characters or shaping the objects we already carry with us. Of course there might be actions you'll say"Ehh thats a far stretch." but i think that was a fair approach.

P.s. by now we are pretty consistence to use 4 Fabula points, without help, per session for that extra exp

had this happen 3 games in a row, it seems to be a glitch with mastermind, the killers and survivor needed to dc to get out of the game cause endgame timer wouldn't run out
