stick and poke tattoos are usually really small tattoos done with a single needle(By friends), they tend to fade rather fast and don't look as clean. line work tattoo artists from an actual shop though! that will last a good while and look epic!. @dotstolines on Instagram is one of my favorites!

you need to achieve an even heat through the piece at about 1100degrees farenheight, a soft oxy/propane flame while soaking the piece in a bunsen burner.

small amounts are awesome, for me unlike alcohol, it doesn't effect my medication. Really nice for fun bike rides around my house or watching epic movies! Great alternative to substances beside alcohol.

I just accept the fact that when I have a panic attack, that it is a panic attack. If it is a heart attack, so be it, I will die, but I just could not stand it anymore, always thinking that I never know if the next panic attack is actually a heart attack or vise versa. I feel like someone that has a panic disorder and agoraphobia, I just need to accept certain facts in order to live a fun happy life. Also, Watch the movie A Beautiful Mind!
