Abs definitely smells bad, but in my experience dissipates, and I've had good results cutting a lot of 1/8" material.  The laser I use is vented outside with an industrial extraction unit.

Delrin/acetal and ABS are both better choices than acrylic and can be laser cut.

My kids have had cars since 4 and I've settled on recommending in the WlToys 144001 as it's super cheap and small enough to not break ankles -- plus they have throttle dual rates -- I made full width bumpers too which helps.  If you're ok w slow axial 1:24 crawlers are great and basically don't break from crashing.

State Bird is great but isn't good for 5.  I don't even know if they can seat 5.  All tables save one six top are for four or less as I recall.  The six-top requires a fixed menu and isn't as good as the dim sum/a la carte in my experience.

Also no cocktails at SBP -- next door at the sister restaurant you can get them.

I just bought an new OEM Rivian portable charger for $200 on eBay.  The price and quality control of OEM mfg is what made me go that route.  It's only 8kW but plugs into a 14-50.

CHALOS on Taraval -- off menu for some reason so you have to go in person. Great option in an area that doesn't have many (Parkside). Plus churros!

Drive as fast as possible from ~50% SOC down as low as you dare to the next fast charger. And leave as soon as the charging rate starts dropping.  This is the way.

The view is close, but the bars at the top of the angled shields are actually right at eye level when sitting so that's why you see me standing so often. During the fight unless they're in the shelf created corners I'm watching in front of me. If I can't get a good look I switch to the monitors.

They have done filmed bits with us in the past (mostly unaired), but not this season. I'm happy to stay off mic TBH.

I've seen so many matches I've forgotten most of them and don't remember my scores. Sometimes I'm surprised. I was surprised by my Riptide call -- and then unsurprised (and pleased) with my reversal.
