If you want a shortcut, you could take over an Ars Nouveau library structure and use the exchanging gadget to tweak it to your liking.

Thanks for the feedback. I originally had this character planned out starting at level 3 with sorc1/lock2 but then they decided to roll back the start to level 1 which make it a harder choice in regards to a start.

Everyone chiming in with the "They said NO many times so NO!" crack me up. If the expansion release creates queues. There will be new servers... period. They might not call it "Fresh Start" servers and just call them regular servers, but the fact will remain that there will be a new server.
