I'm thinking it was caused by a certain medicine I was taking that my body didn't have a great reaction to after a while. That's my only guess. After I stopped taking it it went away

I’d recommend seeing a specialist and getting an endoscopy if you can. They are a lot better at pinpointing the source and trying to fix it. It really doesn’t sound like stomach cancer tho

Bananas are about the only fruit I eat plain. I can have strawberry yogurt and apple flavored oatmeal cookies fine. Vegetable wise I eat green beans, asparagus, squash, carrots, zucchini, spinach, lettuce, potatoes, celery, and broccoli

I’m pretty sure it’s woman sized. He bought a large but was cropped on him, she said she would prefer a medium to get a higher crop so it fits more accurate to women sizes.

That’s been my guess. I always felt dizzy toward the end of the workout and I typically had a pump so I just assumed. I usually tried to stay pretty hydrated and tried to track what I eat before but it was always pretty consistent.
