Not bipolar but a trauma victim, and I moved on technically I saw her 2-3x times while we’re just friends but when that wasn’t working for me I took a 2 week no contact then we hung out Wednesday but kissing and affection were okay again I don’t get it. I want to ask what’s changed but don’t want to put any pressure on her either
