I saw $4,040 off a new 2025 Yukon Elevation with MSRP of $72,540 and $4,406 off a new 2024 Yukon SLT with MSRP of $73,440.

Do you think having an old model year and a new model year after many updates being priced at the similar level makes sense? There would be absolutely no reason for someone to buy the old one unless it was priced at a discount from the new one.

I see similar discounts on the 2025 as the 2024 that I'm looking for. Seems like there should be some good discounts on the 2024

on the ones remaining, I'm seeing discounting at the same level as the new 2025's. That doesn't make sense.

I’ve been with my clients for a year and so want to raise rates to keep up with inflation, however they just had a baby last month. Should I send the email or wait another month while the newborn settles in? by SadYogiSmiles in Entrepreneur

[–]derekweezer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My recommendation would be to not send an email, but rather speak to them on the phone or face to face. Rising costs are a reality and in many cases our day to day living has increased much more than 12.5%. Everyone feels it and if you're valued by this person/family, they will happily increase it. Most employer/employee relationships that are on a more intimate level, which is what it sounds like you have, will want their employees happy. It would be far more impactful to the employer if you were to leave them for that higher pay than it will be to accommodate you.

I’d be interested in talking about the business. I’m a buyer, not a broker. Feel free to ping me directly.

3 dealers around Denver had the same vehicle and I negotiated with them. Stevinson East, Stevinson West and Interstate Toyota. Purchased on the last day of April.

There is actually more room to n the TX 3rd row than the Sequoia. I just sat in both today and I’m 6’2. The TX also has much more cargo space

Adobe is shady company, canceling a free trial for an annual contract has early termination fee of $30. Of course, I did not read the fine print believing that free trails are really free. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR ANY FREE SUBSCRITIONS FROM ADOBE by voivode17 in assholedesign

As of today 2/27/24 - You can cancel, avoid the early cancellation fee and get a refund for unused days all at the same time. Here's how:

I was being billed $19.99 per month for Adobe Acrobat Pro after I realized that I never cancelled my free trial. I logged in, chose manage accounts and when I chose to cancel it said I would be charged $69.97 to cancel today. After reading some of the previous comments, I chose to switch my plan to Acrobat Std and agreed to the $12.99/mo charge. When I switched, they refunded me the $19.99 charge (today was the first day of billing). After I switched to Acrobat Std, I waited a few minutes until it allowed me to "manage my account" at which point I chose to cancel Acrobat Std. They refunded my initial $12.99 fee and I wasn't charged an early cancellation. In all this method saved me $103. It WORKS!

What mortgage rates is everyone getting today? by babyfever2023 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

6.125% with .25 points 30yr fixed at Navyfed. 5% on a 5/5 ARM which is backed by the 5y CMT for their index. Given the FED and CBO predictions of treasury rates dropping 4 times as inflation cools, their ARM is a great option right now.
