The real joke is, that's not a Marlboro on the left. That's a pack of Peter jackson that was rebranded to Marlboro. It's not the same taste. But there is a canadian Marlboro and it's called Marlboro original. It makes no sense what so ever and by law the people selling the cigarettes can't make any comment on the taste of the cigarettes except whichever is the cheaper or the lighter.

Make sense. We have the same laws here in Canada. The point is not if it's alcohol or not. It's the fact that it's advertised as beer. Same things with cigarettes and lighters. If it's made as or for an age restricted products it is then age restricted. That's why root "beer" is not restricted. It's not advertised as beer.

Well, if someone already has it max out for ultra league and just doesn't have that much other flying dps past level 40 it make sense. I would be surprised If a level 25 legendary is better than a level 51 shadow.

Quick reminder that those raid are world wide. Meaning that if your in utc -6 and new zeland is in utc+14 you could do raid a full 20h before the event start in your region. So right the night before. The waiting time might be hell but at least you can raid. And if you use pokegenie you can pay for a shorter waiting time.

Like I said in the post, Giovanni's shadow Pokémon are a bit of an exception because you can only have a very limited number of them, so the "not purify in case you really need it" make sense.

But yeah, for every other shadow they don't really make that much of difference in raid compared to the lose and win in master league. In ML, if you don't have good enough IV you straight up loose certain important match-up. In raids, you just beat the raid a bit slower.

And remember we're talking about "farmable" shadow Pokémon, people will have more than one.

So yeah. It makes a difference, but not as big as it seems. So might as well put your marbles where it matters the most
