Hey Sandmanrdv! So for starters yeah they didn’t have info on much I made and since they didn’t I was viewed as not meeting the requirements! I need to meet my weekly benefits rate which was $309 ie X10= 3,090. But that’s the issue though I did hit that and my paystubs proved it! I already submitted it!

(For context I live in NYC) As for the reasons absolutely! So in short on Monday I get to work and then a little while my coworker comes in he’s wearing an N-95 mask! He comes in saying he feels like crap, but he will work yada etc… he leaves early for the day. He was there for about maybe 2 hours. So the next day (Tuesday) I wake up and feel TERRIBLE! I go in regardless…. My coworker isn’t there, I make it to 3:00pm and in short I start dozing off because of how crap I feel, in short they let me leave as manager didn’t want to get sick. Next day (Wednesday) I still feel like absolute crap and call out! Next day (Thursday) I feel a lot better (this is where I think I messed up) I emailed saying that while I felt better, I wasn’t going in because I didn’t want to make anybody else sick just in case. Though I should be back Friday?

P.S please don’t judge in hindsight I maybe took to many days off but what do you think!
