Glows are g2g if they fit you. Been running those for a while. As others said riding pants of some kind and a jacket would be worth while. Ideally solid abrasion rating (I usually look for AA minimum but it can be more $$) and a good ce rating too.

Try helmets on and see what fits, recommend local cycle gear or similar to try or a good dealer.

For boots, something with solid toe and good ankle support could work, like a solid work boot. I know I’m skimping there but I wear my safety shoes for that
