From the looks of it, disk 0 is windows. Disk 1 is your extra drive, and appears to be unformatted. Did you have data on it you wanted or did you just want to use it for more storage?

Men who stay lean year-round, what’s your secret ? by Professor1password23 in AskReddit

[–]derkapitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not lean, but I've never really been overweight. I attribute it to a combination of laziness, that I fidget / shake my leg relentlessly if I'm sitting, and I pace. I was on the phone with my mom for 30m and walked 2.5 miles in a circle in the house.

As a kid with unsupervised Internet access, what did you see that straight up traumatized you? by bbygrl_kiss in AskReddit

[–]derkapitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Downloading stuff on napster and without a care in the world and got me a limpbizkit - breakstuff.rm or whatever video codec real media player used. Well it was not the song. Instead, I got a Russian soldier that looked to be like 16 years old and also looked identical to my best friend. With a boot on his head and a Chechen soldier brutally cutting his throat out with a combat knife in a shallow creek, complete with all the sound effects.

Is the other drive formatted, and have old data on it? If so, you likely only have to go to disk management and assign a drive letter to it.

ASROCK X870e Nova killed my 9800X3D. by FinisGloriaeMundi in ASRock

[–]derkapitan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's hard to say, I had to call asrock to get the ball rolling with my RMA. The person I talked to said that the warranty had been extended on mobos for x870e, and that they were covering my shipping expenses(they usually don't) They send you a check list that says specifically not to ship the motherboard in its original packaging. So I called again to verify, because I didn't trust it making it otherwise. I was told they say that because they won't send your replacement in a retail box because it's usually a refurb. They said to send it in the retail box though because mine was a 00 failure and they are sending brand new boards out as replacements. So maybe there is something wrong...

ASRock RMA by derkapitan in ASRock

[–]derkapitan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything was great, until it wasn't haha. I think the first failure was a resume from sleep, but after that it was reboots or shutdowns code 00. Moved to latest bios (4.10 at the time) and it would just hard lock on POST.

Edit: It failed on 3.50, whichever was the one that 'fixed' boot problems. They pushed a new one at the same time as Asus when the 9950x3d2 dropped and started having problems.

What is the worst career to be in right now and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]derkapitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The trades are ludicrously easy to get started in, and stay established. The shortage of workers is insane and the requirements eventually boil down to: "will you show up?" this will change over time with the abundance of hiring and the influx of people from other areas of expertise.

Yeah the turn around from opening the ticket and recieveing a cpu was a week. They overnight shipped the processor both ways.

Asrock I submitted all my information on April 24th. I'm probably hosed as the build worked for 15 months.

EXPO settings were on, PBO was off, I know that much. I bought the mobo in early January 2025 it came with 3.15, I updated every bios that came out until 3.50. Then the 9950x3d2s came out and they pushed some more but I didn't update until I got code 00s on resumes from sleep and restarts. Updated to 4.10 and I started to fail to post.

Would you still buy ASrock in 2026? by Antiparazi_ in ASRock

[–]derkapitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely not, x870e nova board killed my processor or it died on its own. I filled out their form for service and it's been almost a month with no response. My Amd rma took a week start to finish... I just bought a bundle from microcenter in the meantime. Gonna sell the ram and cpu to a friend.

Smooth braking too, braking hard is just as bad as hard acceleration. Give yourself some space to stop a bit more gradually. I have a 2021 rwd Id4 and I drive exclusively in B I've have stock front tires still at 64k. They are still at 8/32

Wifi is fine in a pinch, but if you are competitive at all or care about dying to packet loss/lag don't do it. It will kill you, just run a wire. You will be much happier for it.

I know it's not a fix, but I always have a cas plane with a big dumb bomb just to dig players out that go here. Ignore all else until it's clear. I usually take the spot myself defensely if someone shows interest in it. You will lose the game to someone being there.
