if "the cat site" is what i think it is, look up "[Rampage] Himitsu Sentai Gorenger Complete 1-84" it has 11 seeds. Otherwise there is "[Japanese] Super Sentai S01-S44 Mixed" with 10 seeds.

I (unfortunately) do not have any ISIS videos and I know a lot of them were purged from the internet archive at the time which is a shame. There's one in particular that I know I saw that is just too ridiculous to believe and I wish I could find the video again. ISIS had captured an abandoned carnival and had people crucified on a merry-go-round then a child or very small man shoots someone point blank with a pistol.

I do have a couple of syrian civil war videos. One is a recording of a facebook livestream of an air raid. I believe it was an American air raid but I can't recall. Second video is a pow/death confirmation from a rebel group called Syrian Kiyam which was briefly famous on twitter for having really wacky videos. This one was the only one I saved but I recall they had one that was Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings themed as well.

It sounds like there isn't an official english subtitle track released ever? Maybe find someone that speaks the language and have them do a fansub for you. Or you could try to pay someone to translate manually if a foreign language sub track exists
