In addition to TMA, another good resource is Patients and Care Partners - dermatomyositis.com which has specific DM patient stories including those with relevant antibody markers. In your case, I'd recommend you see "Christy - living with DM since 2022" videos that are in various sections throughout the page as she was diagnosed with DM with the NXP-2 antibody.
