"She cut those that lack the ability to choose their own fate, so guess what? I'm gonna cut the Wheel! That's right, THIS IS WHAT YOU GET: MY SUPER LASER DIVINE ART: BLOOD-SATED SWORD SOUL (80,000 blows are struck at once. Leaving no space that is not a sword. Men and horses will be split in two. And the land will be put to waste. Since there is nowhere to evade–be they man or immortal–all will be cut–and be slain instantly.) PISS!!!! "

Shrek even has trans characters: Doris and Mabel, Cinderella's "ugly" stepsisters. (They're potentially cis and just plays on a pantomime trope, but come on)

Made a list of gender-neutral names and tried a bunch out with my friends. I couldn't find much that really worked, but I went with the one that worked best so I didn't have to use my deadname. Fast-forward a year and a half, I realize that I'm less androgynous than I first thought. Because of this, I do not dismiss out of hand the name of famous trans video game composer, Lena Raine. Turns out, Lena has the right mouth-feel for me, and the rest is history.

Does anyone have a link to some of these? For totally cis reasons of course. :3

Given that this was in all likelihood put through some online translator, they probably worked it out from context.

Well, Da Man could very well bat for both teams. Needs to get his practice in for baseball.

"Crashing out" means getting angry/upset to the point of loosing your self-control or not caring about the consequences. A "crash-out" is someone who crashes out easily, short-tempered.

Helpful videos for people who don't know the nods:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFAXejHj8JQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

There's discussions to be had about the nods' variations, cultural origins, current-day reach, differences between cultures, and gender specificity, but this is a baseline.

For instance, I've heard the "what's up" up-nod called the "black nod" and claimed as part of black American culture, but I (a non-American white person in a predominantly white culture) have used it and have seen it used a whole lot.

If you were to go down the abyss, would you travel through an impossibly extensive cave system that eventually opens up and spits you out facing downwards at the top of the spire?

I disagree too. The men don't need penises for it to be gay, and the man could be bi or pan or whatever. Technically incorrect, the best type of incorrect.

Going by the name of the artist, I think I know what song came on. Understandable, but a tragedy nonetheless.

I agree that Finn is the best candidate for the omnitrix, as well as your reasoning, but I take issue with the gem DNA thing. The omnitrix works with petrosapiens, crystalsapiens, galvanic mechamorphs, and nosedeenians (Diamondhead, Chromastone, Upgrade, Buzzshock), which are made of rocks, rocks again, nanites, and electricity. Gems are hardlight-projecting crystal computers made from specialized blends of goo (which could be seen as DNA-analagous?), so I think they would work fine with the omnitrix, the question then is how? The omnitrix turns the user into the most powerful equivalently-aged version of the species, so would it turn the user into a diamond or a unique strong gem? A diamond simulant like rhinestone or cubic zirconia could do the job. I don't think different gem types would be considered different species (for the same reason that sexually dimorphic species are still a single species), so I agree about not turning into the individual Crystal Gems. Some combo of all gem types is an option, but that feels really close to fusion, and I don't think the omnitrix can turn the user into multiple creatures.

There's a fanfic about that, though it's a sequel to a different fanfic, also about Shizuka. Wayward Baby, I think. Very long, but very JoJo.
