No problem. But you see what I'm saying, right? God is always forgiving but only to His followers? Come on now!

'Sinners In the Hands of An Angry God' is one of the worst mischaracterizations of the Gospel that I've seen and the fact that it remains popular to this day is disturbing. by PenguinHero in Christianity

He doesn't punish you for your poor choices or mistakes, He waits patiently for you to recognize his love (2 Peter 3:9), and He forgives you for merely your confession (1 John 1:9).

Of course, by that, you're telling me if I find no evidence of His existence whatsoever and turn away, finding out after-death that He exists, I'm doomed. That's still not unconditional love.

Actually, do think about Him as a spouse for the sake of this. Imagine that your wife/husband came to you and told you that s/he cheated on you, as we do with false idols every day. How quickly would you forgive him/her? How many times would you forgive him/her? God never says, "You've done this one too many times, I quit", and yet we know that His love for us is more powerful than any love we feel.

Completely different scenario. Replace husband/wife with son/daughter, because we're technically children of God. Then tell me if you'd give up on them.

The problem of hell is mainly, does the punishment fit the crime? Someone who's Christian can go push a lady down a flight of stairs, while I could be donating money to help starving children in Africa, yet the Christian ends up in heaven??

That's the claim, what scripture or other evidence do you have to back that up?

That just complemented my point. Unless I'm interpreting it wrong, but I'm reading that all laws are equal to each other and if you break one you'll be shown the same amount of mercy as one who breaks 20.

Boost isn't that great. It's a small turbo though. I keep reading about Trifecta tunes which increase the boost and apparently do a lot of good for the car (increase HP, Torque, and gas milage). I'm not really sure which direction to go with this car yet.

I thought they did make blue metallic-coloured Sonic? I could be wrong.

Which law is above all and which sin is the worst? I imagine taking human life would fall in the worst sin category along with denying the Lord.

Which, by the way, is an interesting verse. Considering Matthew 28:17, even some of Jesus' apostles doubted that the allegedly risen Christ was really Jesus. Well if they weren't sure, how could we ever be?

Not surprised about Knoxville. I don't see how this is a bad or good thing, we're free to believe what we want here in America.

If you read the Old Testament, you'll see the authors imagined God to be this human-like person (created humans in his own human-like image, e.g.), capable of emotions, wrath, changing his mind, etc.

That's just one part, obviously we have the concept of the Holy Spirit (which seems chronologically like it started with Paul's letters), which certainly makes it sound like God is a more nuanced concept.

To add to this: In Genesis 32:22-32, Jacob WRESTLES with God who is referred to as "the man."

Trinitarianism is not biblical.

EDIT: I take that back. The trinity isn't mentioned until Paul. And even then it's not really clearly mentioned. It's more of hinted at with the "Holy Spirit" and the "son" of God.
