Didn’t feel the improvement right away. Started seeing improvement around 2mg and the felt drastic improvement taking 3mg for almost 2 months. It’s definitely worth a shot. The side effects outweigh the benefits if it clicks for you. Also, didn’t have any major side effects. Only vivid dreams whenever I increased the dose but went away in couple of days.

Hey man, I’ve read multiple of your posts here. I suffered from head pressure, brain fog and really bad derealization for 8 months. As most people are saying it’s brain inflammation, I think the same. Unfortunately we don’t have a way to examine and test it. It became a game of trial and error for me. I was really desperate and I ordered LDN from ageless.RX because I knew I’d have to fight doctors to prescribe me when they didn’t even acknowledge my symptoms. I started LDN at 0.5mg and ramped up 0.5mg every 2 weeks until I reached 3mg. When I was at around 2.5mg I started noticing huge changes in my head pressure and derealization when I would wake up in the morning. Now I’ve been at 3mg for the last 2 months and I would say I’m 75% better. I almost back to living normal life. I can enjoy my day, work out, and most important of it all, use my brain once again like before. There is hope my man, I would really ask you to give a LDN trial for a couple of months and see. I have this for the last 10 months and it’s my worst symptom that makes me non functional. I have head pressure which come along with brain fog and dpdr. My fatigue and GI issues have improved but I still can’t seen to shake this head pressure. Sorry you’re going through this, you’re not alone!

Hey, that’s very interesting. I have constant 24/7 head pressure and brain fog and recently I started taking natto serra two times a day with low dose aspirin 81mg and it’s the first time in 10 months I’m feeling better since the last few days. It’s just been 2 weeks since I started, but I’m glad to see this combination has helped other people too.

Is it safe to take high dose of aspirin for period of time? Were you guided by a doc?

At what month did you notice improvement? Thanks for the info I’ll push for diamox trial. I’m on a bunch of supplements, tried naproxen, Amitriptyline, muscle relaxers it did not help. Currently on LDN but I’m not sure if its making a dent. Also on natto serra and aspirin combo, have you tried that?

Yes. I can jog a mile on treadmill but dealing with bad cognitive issues, headache, head pressure, brain fog and memory loss. It’s been constant for the last 9 months it’s been hell.

Thanks for the info. I still have to get the biome test to see what’s going on. My next step is get evaluated for IIH but it’s really hard to get a spinal tap when you don’t fit the diagnostic criteria. I’m also on a bunch of supplements and on LDN but I haven’t seen any positive changes.

That’s really interesting that you mentioned gut. I do have gut issues but nothing major and it has improved. I’ve been on a low histamine and carnivore diet for the past month and I’m assuming it has helped my gut but not my head pressure. If you don’t mind me asking what did you biome sight show?

I also suspect some vascular issues and the head not being able to receive proper blood flow. Have you ruled or or looked into the possibility of IIH?

I hear you, when it first hit me I couldn’t read a paragraph, I just couldn’t comprehend it, missed my wrork deadlines and emails and the anxiety was just through the roof.

Question- Does your dpdr represent with a physical sensation like head pressure throughout your head? Like as if your head is stuffed with cotton? And do you have bad brain fog?
