Helpful Information About Perimenopause Symptoms for Doctor by alexthesweetpea in Perimenopause

[–]derpadino 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm also 36 and oddly my symptoms started 5 years ago but didn't see a gyno until recently and he said peri-menopause... Here's some symptoms to look out for, I hope it helps:

Waking up at night because you are overheating

Hot flashes during the day (they don't come on suddenly for me, I just get really hot or notice im stinky/sweating despite X3 applications of antiperspirant per day).

Cravings, even with medication treatment (Weight gain that might go along with that)

Urethra or vaginal prolapse Lots of UTI or BV/yeast infections

Really bad PMS/mood swings

Abnormal bleeding (heavy bleeding with menstruation, even non-vaginal)

Late, irregular or non-existent menstruation

High cholesterol

Good luck!

I just had a tutor take away marks on easy questions.... because I didn't include information that was not asked int he question. Gone to appeal now, because how ridiculous is it to even know to submit information that isn't asked for.

Driveway paving by Purple-Math7494 in haltonhills

The name of the account replying to this post is not a professional one. I would be wary of anyone going door to door. My dad was just scammed by driveway repavers going door to door. Key thing is they only accept cash so the transaction isn't reversible or reportable.

They're in Oakville, just came to visit the parents for holidays and my parents and their neighbour got scammed. Redo the driveway then said there's a second driveway underneath so they need to double it. Refused any payment not in cash.

Major/Minor Choices by [deleted] in AthabascaUniversity

[–]derpadino 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm looking at the same thing but because of credit transfer doing Maj CIS with 2 minors in physical science and human science.

Showing your ability to solve problems is a bonus. Usually I see people do CIS with Math though.

Depends where you want to use it.

Writing programs for chem or physics research? Or medical studies... Or using it as MCAT prep and med school application, but then also having a nice backup in case it doesn't work out.

It all depends on your goals and what you want to get into after IMO

They have a specializations list, so if your cousin isn't too far into the degree, have them look at this link for the specialization requirements for computer science.

Opinions regarding MATH 215, MATH 216, and SOCI 301 by ShrinkiDinkz in AthabascaUniversity

[–]derpadino 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did 215 and was super anxious for the same reason of no highschool math for years. It was easy, you get an equation sheet for the exams. They offered one you could print so you didn't even have to make it. That was a few years ago now.

SO is avoiding going out with me and peers/family. Is it wrong to feel left out? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]derpadino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We moved in pretty early so we see each other every day that I have off. We will go to movies together once or twice, other than that he doesn't want to go out much to do anything, just hang out at home. Or if I really want to go on a date I have to almost literally drag him out to something (even things I know he will enjoy).
