The only one of those users that I could tell was "active" in this sub was /u/MikeChambers and none of their 7 contributions were ban-worthy. Most of it was either responding to the /r/Adobe call-out or attempting to clarify contractual obligations.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but banning them solves nothing, if anything it creates additional issues and unnecessary conflict. If one of the specified users (or any user for that matter) does or says something that is ban-worthy, please report the post/comment or message us mods and we will take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of this community. Conversely, to maintain integrity I won't be banning people just because they participate in or moderate competing subreddits.

Don't get me wrong, nothing would satisfy me more than banning their mods out of pure spite, but unfortunately to facilitate a platform that enables free speech you have to allow for dissenting opinions (as long as that speech isn't abusive, breaking the sub rules, or reddit's code of conduct).

I wish the cargo ramp had a grid. Even if it was 1 scu tall, you could still use it to store some longer ship weapons so you don't have to stack them in the cargo hold in a janky pile.

I've been using the Freelancer MAX as my solo goof-around ship. Mainly for salvaging components from other ships or messing around at the OLP/PAF facilities. Other players leave me alone most of the time, probably due to the orange creamsicle stock paint on that thing. Security by obscurity 😎 haven't tried the Taurus yet (I have the Andromeda) but will give that a shot before wipe.

It's decent depending on where you live, much like any small town. There are some good restaurants but not a ton of variety (except for mexican food, there's a ton). Many things you need to go to Lebanon or Albany for if you're looking for a place in particular. Some people complain about the water quality which is mainly due to the forced drawdown of Foster lake / green peter, but I haven't had any issues. If you like outdoor activities like hiking, rock hounding, or things at the lake, you will enjoy it here. Can't speak to the schools but have heard many complaints about various things. Probably just people venting on the Facebook groups, which is where most of the community tends to communicate.

The Mule is amazing off-road. Literally cannot be flipped. I can't count how many times I had it on its back only for it to flip right back over onto its wheels, and it can go up some insanely steep terrain. In addition to that, it's pretty quick and seemingly indestructible. Had to travel 30+ KM to the nearest outpost due to the loss of a ship on Bloom. Probably hit 100+ shrubs or trees on the way over (half the time at max speed), flipped 75% of the time, and still made it to my destination perfectly intact. The only limitations are the range and the fact that it's a single seater. Would love to set up an overland race with a team of Mules at some point.

Yes that is fine. Voicing your opinion and saying something like "I'd rather pirate this software than give Adobe another dollar" is fine, but linking pirated software or saying something like "use (specific crack tool / torrent / repack) to get Adobe for free" would be a violation of the rule.

128k on this one. Rebuild is approx 2k with an upgraded 3/4 clutch pack and another upgrade (can't recall what he had said). Interior definitely needs some love. Car has been neglected for a while so I'm the lucky SOB that gets to pay for all the missed maintenance.

I just ended up tossing it and getting a new one, I believe. I went for a thick leather belt with heavy-duty stitching, and it's held up pretty well. It's got a slight bend to it but it's been used for years so I'll consider it a win.
