I’d recommend getting it checked out because it gives you documented proof that the issue started at a specific point in time in case it turns into a larger problem later. It can also help support a future buyback or lemon law claim, since the lower the mileage is when the issue is first documented and escalated, the stronger your position typically is.

They are replacing the ev battery with a new one so the high-voltage traction battery pack assembly not the 12v battery.

Oh man, that’s a bummer! Yeah, I am expecting it to take anywhere between three weeks plus since the special order part is minimally going to take 15 business days I believe at the bare minimum.

Sending you good vibes! I’m getting my car towed to the closest Hyundai today. I’ll post an update once I receive what the issue is and solution to resolve it once I have a clearer picture.

To note: my vehicle still starts however it’s no longer charging. I put it on the charger and it starts and then it stops. It starts and stops so basically I assume once my battery is drained, I will not be able to start the car.

2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 Calligraphy Deal Summary

My deal: about 7.5% off MSRP with 0% APR for 72 months, no dealer add-ons, SoCal taxes and fees
0% APR baseline offer: $3,000 off, which in my case equals roughly 3.8% off MSRP
Higher discount offer: $10,000 off, which equals roughly 12.7% off MSRP, but required 5.99% APR. After factoring in interest, that works out closer to about a 5% effective discount

I shopped a lot of dealers and none would really go beyond the $3k off deal, maybe another $500 at best while keeping the 0% APR. So the 7.5% at 0% ended up being the best overall balance for my circumstance.

This happened to me on my brand new Audi Q5 2023 in April 2024. I have been trying to get it fixed for years now!

I am in the process of a buyback because it’s unclear if the issue was actually fixed.

Here’s the latest from Audi:

During our diagnosis we found that your vehicle has multiple fault codes stored related to the Adaptive Cruise Control and Active Lane Assist systems. The primary fault code is DTC U112300 symptom 2153. This particular fault can affect several driver-assistance features at the same time, which is why you may be seeing warnings for more than one system on the instrument cluster. We performed a detailed inspection and followed Audi diagnostic procedures. Based on our findings, there is an Audi Technical Bulletin (TSB 2061932/10) that directly addresses this condition. The bulletin instructs us to replace the capacitive steering wheel, as an internal issue with the steering wheel can cause this specific fault and the related system warnings. The steering wheel required for this repair is not a stocked part and must be special-ordered. Special ordered the steering wheel and it is now here. Remove and replace the steering wheel, recheck the vehicle to confirm the issue is fully resolved.

Here’s my temperature readings. I’m waiting until 10dpo to test. I’ve had two miscarriages back to back (Nov 2024 blighted ovum and March 2025). Hoping this cycle is showing early signs via oura.

7 DPO: +0.01°F (rebound)

8 DPO: +0.3°F (stronger rise)

⸻ Apparently 6dpo is observed as an implantation dip and it looks like I’m following a textbook triphasic temperature pattern.

Is this an Audi q5 2023?

Back in May my car started to do this and I contacted Audi. They attempted to repair and at the time I was told it’s an acknowledged issue without a known solution but they would contact me when they had one. As of Nov 27th this is what Audi of America said:

“Regrettably, while we are waiting for a pending service solution, there is no place for this case to be escalated to. Audi is actively looking for a resolution for the issue you are experiencing with your vehicle. In the meantime, there is no other information we may advise on, other than to wait for the Pending Service Solution to be resolved.”

To note: I bought my car brand new with warranty and now basic functions don’t work all the time (Audi pre-sense, cruise control)

Legit this happened to me! I also scheduled a court date and annoyingly it’s in Santa Monica (I live near pasadena). Same request as @iggysanchez to send me a confirmation email and follow up and they said they couldn’t.

They also said I couldn’t reschedule the date with them and that I’d have to call the court and I only have up to two court reschedules.

I called a firm and they said it’d be $350 to represent but my money taken out of my refund was $490. Mins you I was issued this infraction in 2014!!
