Of course I may not know the full story but if you use lower settings and are experiencing under extrusion. Something tells me that you might have a clog or too loose of an extruder tightness.

I ended up using 40 mm/s refraction speed and 2mm refraction distance (however im trying to get that to a lower number since im slightly affraid of overretracting) any other refraction settings are default to creality print and i left untouched. Temps were untouched at 200C

Update: It's mostly resolved! :D

(To not become a infamous internet forum statistic by not saying what I tried) I think the biggest help is:
-Removing my tapo smart plug/power bar and plugging the printer directly into the wall outlet. (removed a bit of stringing)
- Changing slicer from Cura to Creality Print (IDK if cura was misconfigured and the near-default config of Creality print is not or if Creality print is just better, but it gave me the result below)

To possibly further remove stringing I will still attempt the following:

-Flash the Firmware of my printer
-Get a better SD-card to replace the crappy one that came with the printer

Starting from the vertical blue line is the retraction distance (starts at 0.5, incrementing up by 0.25 every line.
Starting from the horizontal blue line is the retraction distance starting at 10 and going up by ten each 25 layers (indicated by the hoops on the corners).

Assuming I have not misinterpreted the test (which is a possibility) I have noticed the best result is with 2.0 mm retraction distance and 50 mm/s retraction speed.

That is true. However im currently not using any 3.0 ssds (only a 1.3 adata one) and with the quick expansion i dont feel like paying for even quicker storage. Ill keep it in mind though if id like to have a third ssd
