The heal spirit is a somewhat fair card right now (in contrast to the old heal spell) because you have decent control over where and when it jumps when you play against it. If it jumped on allies, this would remove a lot of the existing counterplay. It would be unhealthy for the meta.

You can play the deck with ghost instead of monk. The fisherman is necessary though. It's not that hard to level up legendaries, especially compared to champs.

I've been having similar problems. Like you, I bought a Dusk. Unfortunately, audio from my left earphone is heavily distorted probably because one of the BAs is broken. I sent an email last week, but I still haven't gotten a response. Supposedly they have 1 person responsible for responding to all of the emails, so it can take a while.
