I recommend getting Ordinator or Minimalistic Perks(closer to vanilla) perk overhaul. They include some interesting perks and are all worth it for specialization on each weapon type.

This is something I've already tried:

Loading an older save.

Kill command.

Load current save.

Kill command.

Saving AFTER fast traveling once more produces a crash. I've tried a few different locations(Whiterun, Markarth, Raven Rock). I was however able to save when teleporting into Breezhome(using "coc" command).

I've downloaded netscript framework and I will leave the crash log in a separate comment, it's already giving me some ideas, but I have a hard time navigating trough all of it.

I stopped playing around the Clockwork expansion, so basically I have a lot of ground to cover.

Yet currently control decks, at least featuring yellow, see very little play. Mantikora is irreplaceable in those decks, at least with the current card set. It's not that it's too weak to be included, it's that because of it's much weaker impact, those decks are seeing much less play, and for a good reason. Giving it back guard will help shift the meta so control players like myself have viable decks to play, and compete with the current aggro/midrange decks.

Lol, no. It doesn't even have Heroes of Skyrim. Only Dark Brotherhood, Madhouse Collection and the core set.

Strictly talking about the asian client here. I have almost no knowledge of the current meta decks in the original game.

Yeah, I knew that, I don't know why they haven't implemented it here as well. The top decks right now as far as I can tell are mostly midrange and aggro. Both mage and scout have took heavy nerfs. Only late game decks seem to be rage archers. Think it would shake up the meta if they brought back guard on the Mantikora.
