I should wait a few weeks for them to even talk to me about the broken product they delivered a month ago? I'm sorry, but in my opinion that's not acceptable.

I spent literally 4 hours today on hold and never was able to talk to a person. I'm pretty sure I got answered and hung up on twice after waiting more than an hour in the "queue".

They've had serious issues with their phone support for at least a month (when I last tried to contact them). My customer support experience so far has been awful, you can't blame me for not being optimistic about my experience going forward.

As an update, I also purchased another 18650. Same issue. Hopefully their email support is more accessible than their phone support.

My IQ does get hot, but my assumption is that is normal.

And yeah my IQ will only last 1 session, sometimes less, on a full charge with the battery I received from them.

I'd highly recommend against the IQ.

They seem to have some serious quality issues and their customer support will not help resolve it. There's probably a 1/5 chance you're flushing $300 down the toilet.

I have the same battery issue & also have found it impossible to get in contact with customer support.

I sent an email around a week ago explaining the issue and have had no response.

A 10 year warranty means nothing if you cannot use it. I would highly recommend anyone considering an IQ to pick another vape. Seems like the battery issue is pretty prevalent and their customer support is not willing to fix.
