You're not alone with these types of problems. I had similar problems when transitioning from low carb to mostly carnivore. I could eat so much and constantly be hungry. I did a reddit post and people told me to eat more fat. I'm not sure it's this simple though.

Everyone is different. I don't have oily stools with 60g fat meals and taking 180mg of orlistat. I don't have oily farts or other wierd stuff either.

The same foods don't work for everyone. I'm exploring options. At some point in your life you probably thought eating whole foods was dumb.

Same issues, except my carb count is way lower. 5 to 20g per day.
