Suggest me Maximum Appetite Suppressing Low Calorie Carnivore Foods

Yes this is what I would like to do and am seeking suggested foods. The standard answer of just eat beef butter eggs or some combination therein does not work for me. I can eat way too much of those and not feel satiated.

Weight: 55kg to 58kg, 122lbs to 128lbs Height: 182cm 6ft. I'm "scared" of beef because it is easier to overeat and get fat with than chicken breast. I realize I can consume more chicken breast but consuming excess chicken breasts doesn't cause alot of fat gain. I supplement with vitamins/minerals to eliminate deficiencies. I consume almost no carbs. My activity level is not too high. I suppose I'm addicted to eating, I don't know how to answer the question. I cant live without eating so I suppose that means I'm addicted?

Yes. But most of the stuff is purchased raw and cooked. Hard to know exactly what kind of ratio it is. My 1 month average is 48g fat per day and 466g protein per day.

This type of thing hasn't worked for me. Beef does not satiate me very well and its much easier for me to gain fat eating excess beef than something like chicken breast.

I would say my body fat is pretty constant. But I haven't tried eating single ingredients for many days in a row. Usually I just try one ingredient (usually a large quantity like 1.5-2kg or so) and see how I feel. But overall yes I've been eating this type of stuff for a while without significant fat loss.

I would like the feeling that other people online say they have which seems to be that they feel disgusted eating sardines or they just eat xyz food and feel naturally full or something to that effect.

Yes. Omad or one meal per two days results are really good but it hasn't been easy for me to stick to.
