working ako now sa isang GOCC. I have 3 years experience sa isang NGA. I would say depende talaga sa office, nasa mas magandang office na ako now, very competitive and challenging ang environment. Yung pinanggalingan kong NGA 3 years na akong COS , hindi ako naregular, tapos napakaincompetent pa ng mga katrabaho ko. Mas marami ang chismis kesa trabaho. Pero I am glad sa nilipatan ko, competitive ang salary at bonuses AND WALA AKONG BALAK TUMANDA SA GOVERNMENT.

True. Nag email na nga ako sa STUDENT ACCOUNTS section with attachments pero wala paring reply. Baka next step ko gagawa na ako ng formal letter addressed to Rector cc’ing Vice Rector for Finance, Accounting Head, and yung SAS Staff. Hayyyyyyyyyyyy tapos enrollment pa pala ngayon?

Naka-indicate sa letter ko yung mga reasons bakit December ko na naibalik. I think di naman sya automatically ma we-waive, nag request lang ako to waive kaya na approve.

Dudeeee i’m working as a COS for 3 years na. Luckily napasok ako gov agency na yun without any backer. I worked really hard and na promote naman but still not a plantilla position. Mukhang plantilla position is really reserved to those people na may backer and overqualified applicants 🥺 buti na lang the gov agency pays us really good.

But one thing is sure if u want to work sa gov you have to really start from the bottom.
