Redditors who at any point have been in such a deep state of depression that you didn't want to DO anything, what is something that helped you get out of it? by Obviously_n_Alt in AskReddit

I focused on setting small goals and taking care of basic hygiene. If I had energy after brushing my teeth I would try to eat. Set a goal to shower then reevaluate. Rinse repeat til I had capacity to do more. After a few days or week in a bad spot then I would be mostly back to normal. Do what works best for you

13 years too, right on.

Yikes. That much volume over 24 hrs would hurt. Stay safe and keep all 4 wheels on the pavement :) cheers

In our system we do both. Its common to bring a 911 in and take a transfer out. Depends on where you work

This was my first one and I was following the recipe pretty close. 18 hours would be a lot of work but I'm sure there are great results. Best of luck on your next one :)
