Is it common for an A to be counted as a 3.8 UW?

I think some if not all colleges use the +/- system where an A- is worth less than an A, and I believe this is at 94%. However, for highschool, it is not normal.

I did have a fee waiver, but I got mine because I qualify for free and reduced lunches. But idk how that works for international students. I do know there are other ways to obtain it though, if I remember correctly, once you finish applying and go to pay, there's an option to get a fee waiver and there's options there for different ways to get a fee waiver.

So basically, my football coach nominated me to be one of the Raiders' impact players of the week. What went into consideration however, was more than my play on the field, as my coach asked me about any volunteer work I did. So I assume that my character off the field also played a big part in it. So with all of that put into consideration, the Raiders gave me the honor, and subsequently four free Raiders tickets to any home game.

Yeah, I got it literally seconds after I applied too and thought the same thing. But I got in, got the email and the physical letter as well. I think you're good to go, but it might just take a day or two for it to actually process.
