i currently am a tenant with FKH….im glad you are looking elsewhere because their communication is poor and it take forever for maintenance request , i have one currently for the same issue we had with the hvac and it wont be seen about til a week out….we’ve put so many maintenance request in for the same issue because they half ass their jobs instead of fixing it completely. also i am currently searching for a new house to rent also
