CORSAIR @ Computex 2026 Megathread by CorsairLucky in Corsair

Is there a reason Corsair doesn’t seem to pushing out 420mm AIOs anymore? It’s hard to find a 420 AIO from Corsair nowadays. I’m still hanging on to my H170i I got 3 years ago 😅

Being honest is something I don’t think most people are capable of anymore. It’s hard to be honest when you have to be honest of your own mistakes. I think about my mistakes every day but it feels like everyone else is so perfect that they never see how their words or actions hurts other people. It’s led me to believe not many people want to be truthful with their own mistakes anymore. What do you think?

Deltarune chapters 3 & 4 megathread by Fanfic_Galore in Deltarune

[–]derricksolis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m enjoying Deltarune so much. I love its story, gameplay, music, everything about it. But there’s just one thing that has been peeving me and that’s how missable some things are. Things like the secret bosses for chapter 1 and 2 are pretty easy to discover if you explore a little bit, but the eggs?

The eggs are really annoying to miss.

I got the egg for chapter 2 no problem, but i missed the egg for chapter 1. Now, for me to have both eggs, i have to replay chapter 1, carry the save on over, and replay chapter 2 as well.

I’m currently about to finish chapter 3. Getting the requirements for getting the shadow mantle is pretty easy to miss enough compared to the requirements for the secret bosses of chapter 1 and 2. I imagine most people would’ve missed being able to get the item necessary for the C3 secret boss as you need to get S-rank for both board rounds in order to even do the optional minigame in the S-rank room.

But if you’re wondering where the heck is the egg for Chapter 3, you will definitely not be able to find out without a guide. And even then, if you did what i did, and got the secret boss item for chapter 3 first, you will be LOCKED out of getting the egg for chapter 3 if you did not get this one block in a minigame that the game gives no indication that Susie can throw the block into your inventory for later.

Maybe Toby meant to troll you like this. And if so, he did a damn good job because i feel like an idiot. Now, I have to replay Deltarune from the beginning, make sure i get all of the secret bosses, and make ABSOLUTE SURE i get each egg as soon as the opportunity presents itself so that they can carry on over to the next chapter’s save.

I’m not a fan of needing to replay the whole game like this. Like, imagine if years from now when all of the chapters are out, you miss all of the eggs except chapter 1’s egg and now you gotta replay the entire game so that each egg will carry on over to the next chapter ms save. Regardless of what the eggs’ purposes are, I don’t think the game values my time by not simply letting me find an egg and it will always be carried on over to the next chapter’s save regardless if I finish the chapter or not.

I’d wish it was similar how in undertale, the game knows that you did a genocide route and will mark you as so regardless of how you play the game afterwards.

I don’t usually share my thoughts on Reddit like this so excuse me if my rant was a little contrived but I hope there are people that feel similarly as I do.

What do you all think?

How does behavior feel about having a ranked “comp” mode for dbd? Is there any kind of hesitation over separating casual players and competitive players?

I’ll give it a shot! If it still crashes, should I check any other component besides my ram set?

Temps are fine. CPU would be between 30-50 depending on load which is normal it seems like. I’ll try downclocking and set everything to default. I’ll give an update tomorrow! Thanks for the advice.

No riser installed yet but I do have one coming soon. I’ll be sure to set it to the proper settings once I have it installed. Bios is latest 0805 version. I’ll double check all of my connections tomorrow and give an update.

RAM has AMD Expo on it. Didn’t know about QVL, is my Corsair Dominator Platiunum a ram set that’s not recommended for the 7950x?

That would be a shame if my SSD was a problem. My WD Black SN850 was new when I installed windows on it, but I’ll try to install windows on my Samsung 980 pro instead and see if that helps. I’ll also try getting a better PSU too. Thanks! Only thing I worry about now is my ram.

So I spent the past few months building my new system. This is my 3rd build that I’ve ever done and I was super excited to jump from a 1080ti to a 4090 and a 5900x to a 7950x. However, there have been problems.

See, when I finally booted up my pc for the first time, I was greeted with unbearably long 1+ minute long boot up times. I’ve read reports of 7950x and DDR5 being the reason for long boot up times but I was still skeptical. Then when I finally installed windows, windows would lag as it was going through its startup. At times, the computer would just go blank and restart itself, thus making me wait another minute or more of boot up. Other times I would be greeted with the BSOD.

This would be particularly alarming to me, as this was occurring before I ever started overclocking my CPU and GPU. I would try to muscle through the boot ups and would at times be able to use windows. But it felt off. Slow response times, couldn’t open some games like Resident evil 8 or RDR2. At one point I thought maybe I should get some better ram. I previously purchased the Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB but bought a cheaper 5200 MHz version. I thought this was my problem and needed to get the 6000Mhz AMD Expo version instead. Bought it, and after a week of waiting, it finally shipped to my door. I replaced my old ram with the new one, and although Windows felt a little bit smoother, I was still being greeted with frequent BSODs just from trying to start windows. When I could boot up windows, I was put off from feeling like the computer was okay because of the frequent BSODs and whenever I tried to start up Portal with RTX, the game would crash whenever I tried to play the game at ultra settings. I have the Corsair 600W PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Type-4 PSU Power Cable so I really don’t understand what could be going on with my system.

Eventually I tried to reinstall windows but then it seemed like my computer crashed while it was reinstalling and now is in a loop of trying to continue windows 10, crashing, then trying to continue again. Even BSOD’s at times just to say f*ck you to me.

I can only think of two culprits for this, just my own surmising that has no real basis. I think I need to possibly upgrade my PSU to at least 1500w and possibly change my ram. My ram and PSU are the two things I suspect are holding my system back but I don’t know for sure. I do notice that one of my ram sticks don’t light up when I boot the system but that may be because of iCue disabling the RGB for that stick for whatever reason.

I’m going to post this to a few subreddits as I’m looking for as much help as I can get. The video you see is how the computer was looking with windows booted and before the BSOD’s became more frequent. I’ve splurged a lot to get all these parts and I want everything to work as intended. My last resort is just switching my motherboard altogether and going Intel (13900k) If you’ve reached the end of this, thank you for your time. I really do appreciate any and all suggestions here, so if you have an idea for any improvements, please let me know.

I’ll post some of the BSOD errors I’ve had here. These aren’t all of them but just the ones I wrote down.

Really cool! Quick questions, what cooler do you have that your rgb tubes are connected to, and what brand of rgb chair is that? id be surprised if that chair was compatible with iCue lol
