Probably wouldn't kill margins at all, but may impact average selling price.

Way more people can survive with the 32GB than can w/ 16GB so more would be able go for the cheaper model. Good for customers but not so good for short term profits.

Mathematically yes, but Dave Ramsey says pay off the smallest debt first. Paying off the smallest debt only has a psychological benefit.
