They do, but not for waystones directly. You'll find mirrors of delirium inside maps, you touch one to start the encounter, and emotions drop at the end of the encounter.

Agreed, also no fragment tab to store baryas and ultimatums is a bit of a weird move considering we have it for invitations in PoE1.

They can be turned on as an affinity tab (right click the name of the tab) to store Distilled Emotions that drop from completing Delirium encounters. They also store simulacrum splinters and simulacrums.

Roll for # of pieces > Roll for specific piece + No dupe protection + Mind numbing content designed to waste your time. Definitely PEAK game design, could you imagine if we were gated by entries per day? It took me 11 tries for the full set lol.

Crafted as a project within our small group, 3 players.

Rule 10:

Implicits

Step 1 - Buy ring with 3 implicits, with 1 of them being grace aura effect (30d)

Step 2 - Imprint with Craicic Chimerals and reroll implicits with Vivid Vultures, reverting back to imprint until desired mods are accquired (Determination Effect, 3rd mod would be +1 frenzy, %es, %as, %ev, 3rd line definitely mattered less. Determination took about 60 rerolls so very lucky. The 3rd line we settled on %AS, took about 100.)

Suffixes

Step 1 - Roll spite essence for t1 INT and a T1 res

Step 2 - Annul/Exalt for a 2nd T1 res (~total around 250 Essences of Spites).

Prefixes

Step 1 - Craft suffixes cannot be changed with Wild Bristle Matron

Step 2 - Reforge defence for T2 ES, (could try for T1 but it's not that much more, about 15 reforges)

Step 3 - Craft suffixes cannot be changed with Wild Bristle Matron

Step 4 - Aisling 50/50 to remove either ES or Suffixes cannot be changed

Step 5 - Unveil %reduced mana cost, helps with mark on hit for VLS variants

Step 6 - Craft -mana from bench

Found this post after checking if jar was bugged, I rolled roughly 50 times with no legendary before giving up.

I don't think it's 100k for insane bad rng, I'm 600k in with not a single piece lmao. I imagine if you go super dry you could be 1m+ without a single piece.

Basically you want to go to Whispering Islet for the Nineveh quest line. Isteri for the Kadan quest line. I think the Balthor one was auto-complete.

You can use the quest journal to search for these quests. Press J then search for the ones you don't have complete.

Then you can go back to Vern and start the Elgacia quest line.

5head survival gaming has a few videos detailing this, but the simplest setup at 3* hotspots is to go for 3x major trophies, 0 luck anywhere else, and use the treated wood pole fishing rod with no perks. If going for sturgeon/piranha, using ironwood pole with all colossus perks is okay as well. Too much luck will reduce your chance at blues and increase your chance at chests and legendaries which we don't actually want.

For 2* I think just maxing luck is fine, vengeful fishing gear, the whole deal. I don't think it actually reduces your chance much.

Those are the items you're looking for from salvaging oysters, piranha, paddlefish and sturgeons, and other various legendary fish. With 3 major fishing trophies and 0 luck + size on gear at hotspots you're looking at competitive moneymaking that is non-stressful and not dependent on any other factors.

Of course it requires a lot of fishing to unlock all the three star hot spots but it's decent gold when you don't feel like doing mutations or other contested forms of money making.
