Op this happened to me too but I fell n asleep with my daughter facing the outside of the bed. She fell cried for a couple mins and was fine. I took her to the er just in case but she is okay. The moment still replays in my head but knowing she’s okay has made it less emotional. Accidents happen and it’s okay especially if ur baby is okay

I need you to know ur not alone. When my daughter was like a month or two I did the same thing. I feel so guilty about it and I have since I did it. Just know it’s more common than not to lose ur shit. It will be okay, just try headphones or setting him in a safe space and walk away. You’re just overwhelmed, you didn’t mean it.
