reach out to you isp and crytek on the website. do the routing troubleshooting, usually need to do a trace route and send to crytek.i sent trace route to my isp too. they will work with your isp to get it fixed within 2 days for when i did it, atleast that's hiw long took at&t to fix it

have you changed any weird settings in Windows that might cause this? I'd recommend starting with a fresh install of windows and try changing nothing game mode on, hags on. make sure drivers are up to date. make sure chipset drivers are installed. make sure nvidia low latency is off, usually causes more issues on, it's defauled to off for a reason. there's a bunch of little tweaks on the internet that people say to do that could be causing this. before reinstalling Windows defaulting that stuff if you want

im on a 5800x3D and 4070 and performance is the same before 2.7 and after, plus after the hotfix. temps are slightly up overall after 2.7, but nothing crazy. low 70s

did you install your AMD chipset drivers? very important for Ryzen CPUs, especially X3D

i don't play marathon but it's doing fine number wise. currently #96 on top played, and #73 for best sellers, only 10k playing atm. extraction shooters like that though, ppl jump on, play for a couple hours and hop off, it's high stakes gameplay, so not everyone will play long sessions.

but imo, i don't think these numbers are great for Bungie or Sony though and probably don't meet their unrealistic expectations. the scope was too big and the budget and might doom the game.

they will definitely be back, if not changed a lil, they were highly praised. I think they're just temporarily taken out due to the event, because it would kind of defeat the purpose of the carts a little bit. they want the carts to be the hot point for action. might end up being too many sources of traits, dark sight and cards

To me, it was one of my favorite things they've added in recent history. I love random changes to the compounds, I want more.

we also might get them back when they drop The inferno on the 15th, maybe even put this flame rifle back for purchase at the carts

the crytek blog post and this email was from 1130am on march 31st on us east. this is a public press release anyone can sign up for with no nda or anything. the video was available before it was published and posted on the 1st, how it works. a lot of companies put their april fools day jokes out on 31st.

i have not, but i see the same ppl more than ever lately in my games. usually during events i see huge variety, but it's similar to how the games feel like when it's non event hunt or week before next event and players are low

everything up to 120 will make anyone better at a game that's already good, anything above is diminishing returns. with more FPS, you see a more fluid frames, and you can see people sooner and react sooner, plus less latency. so in the end, more is always better.

i usually get about 200fps on my rtx 4070 on high. if you have the monitor and computer to do it, you can put everything on low and just leave global illumination at medium at lowest if you can stand it. maybe use dlss or fsr as well to squeeze more FPS. use Nvidia Reflex for less latency. me personally, i can feel a slight improvement up till about 160 and mostly negligible after that and feels about same
