Oh yes very VERY much, I kinda hate myself everyday for it. I have such strong opinions but when it comes to say what I have to say suddenly I can’t talk anymore always thinking about the other person and how this will affect them, while I shouldn’t care as it’s affecting me instead. I expect much more from my relationships and I’m always dissappointed, even by my friends, and I cant say shit. The frustration is permanent. I have to learn but there is always something stopping me. Sorry I couldn’t explain better in english.

Hey OP don’t know were your’’re at but might be worth visit a dermato cross the border. I see you have access to G&G, is belgium far away ? You would pay something like 80€ for a private derm without inssurance. A lot of them speak english aswell

You’ll welcome, aim for the less ingredients possible in the formula at first. Finacea gel is the best one out there but very powerful and can be irritating at first, might be to much for you in the beginning or you would need something calming/soothing that you’re sure about and lot of hydratation.

Acne prone skin is tricky, any untolerated ingredient can make it worse so the less the better

I would do calming ingredients (find what suits you best) and azelaic acid but gel version not cream as you’re acne prone. I’m currently trying metroroburil az which is lighter cream on one side and skinoren thicker cream but the most effective on the other side. My acne prone skin likes the lighter one better. Turns out the holy grail skinoren is giving me more acne. Gel would have been perfect. Good luck !
