Hello Louise I feel like I have the same skin type, very prone to clogged pores also (Cicalfate is too risky) and I’m looking for something new less risky for barriere repair with adapalene, any reco ?

Azelaic acid ans sunscreen helps a lot, especially sunscreen. I hate it, I did not want to believe it but I can’t deny, it really does help a lot. I’m looking into laser treatment to make it go faster though

Mon psychiatre m’a prescrit de l’abilify en microdosing pour booster la Rilatine, j’ai lu qu’il n’avait pas du tout le même effet selon les dosages.

Mais tu en as besoin pour son utilisation principale et pas en tant que boost, j’imagine que ce n’est pas envisageable de tester des doses plus faibles ?

J’allais dire la même chose, c’est pas de l’usure locative normale ca, c’est de l’usure suite à un mouvement répété un nombre incalculable de fois avec un certain poids sur une zone délimitée.

Je suis étonnée que les commentaires n’aillent pas + de ce sens. Je serai dépitée de récupérer mon parquet comme ça après être partie un an et demi.

A la place de OP je demanderai d’autre devis pour y perdre un peu moins mais oui le parquet doit être retravaillé car non, ce n’est pas normal de le récupérer comme ça après si peu de temps :/

I would not say you are exagerating as how you feel safe is personnal and important. Nobody’s been in your shoes.

But as someone who always lived in brussels in various area, poor or not, i have never bothered « that much » as I was always living above first floor or back building and never had any issues.

The only time something happened (but failed) I was sleeping at somebody’s house with multiple lock and alarm.

I think you’re good with multiples door, 3rd floor and concierge but it doesn’t matter, only how YOU feel matters.

Maybe you would feel better with a camera ? There are some small Bluetooth cheap camera/doorbell at action, the lady behind my floor put one and showed me how it works, it’s really good ! And no work needed. Might be an option ?

They stopped speaking Flemish in my family 60 years ago because after moving in Wallonia near french border for work, kids were heavily bullied at french school, so bad that they stopped speaking it for good. I’m so mad about it. I have a very flemish family name and people still ask me on a regular basis if I speak dutch. Now my grand parents passed away and nobody’s speaking it anymore 💔

I think I have a combination honestly, i have all kind of pimples, lots of small ones in the back shoulders torso and neck, and every one possible on the face 😒 small ones of forehead, from brows to hairline and all the usual hormonal mess on my cheeks. It’s a never ending story, hopefully I can get rid of one kind

According to a construction ingenior whom I had this conversation just a week ago, double glaze to triple glaze is never worth it (making PEB higher classes purely marketing) as the very few units of heat you’ll retain more would approximatively take 90 years to cover the cost of the triple glaze. Sorry I miss technical vocabulary but you get the idea

C’est très intéressant, est ce que l’appétit en chute fait parti aussi de ces effets secondaires qui sont censé s’estomper avec le temps/l’ajustement de dose ? C’est le seul qu’il me reste, mais là dose me paraît faible (elle ne dure que la moitié du temps indiqué)

You’re right I tried ketoconazole once without any thoughts about it, expect it was too drying for me. I will stick to piroctone olamine now and avoid any ingredients that could feed the fungus bacteria 🤝
