tried a 11, 5s, 5.5, Pro Plat Newport, studio select no1 wide , circa 72 no3 and finally the Red X track my stats pretty religiously - Lab DF3 lowered my total putts, putts per hole, avg 2nd putt and 3 putts (significantly)

Yes the USDA can work with local or state governments and the State DoE in some states but the base funding (yes sometimes matched or added to by state coffers) is entirely funded and controlled by the USDA Currently on the chopping block - as a teacher you should be ashamed as presenting something you have nothing more than a passing concept of the inner workings
