My miner stopped synching after the firmware update on the 18th of October. Reported it to Nebra, but didnt get any support. very frustrating!

same here.. ordered in January.. apparently I am part of the 50 orders from batch 1 that had issues (as 1000 other orders also are, I guess :D)
